Multi Account Access for CRM Service

I’m building a CRM system that will allow for businesses to respond to customer enquiries that are received through their Twitter account.
Our customer’s aren’t technically inclined, and it would be inappropriate for us to ask that they provide us with their Twitter login credentials so that we can complete the integration.
Do you offer a unique set of solutions for CRM businesses, as we wouldn’t want to ask for customers to hand over their account login credentials to us.
Also can we manage multiple, unrelated Twitter accounts which are owned by our customers through one Twitter app… It would be crazy to have to create a unique app for each customer’s Twitter account.
