How to find status of an app transfer that hasn't gone through?

We have an app that was transferred a week ago to our account, and we haven’t seen the app arrive. Now the data feed the app is generating has stopped working.
The transfer seems to have gone through, i.e., we have a reference number for the transfer, but the app hasn’t arrived at the new account.
I can’t find any way to check on the transfer status of our app. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to track down the issue with the transfer?

It finally showed up, so thanks. There was a 4-5 day gap in the data, though, that was a little disruptive. Not sure if that’s normal, but here’s the App ID in case there’s anything you can look into.
