So you want to change all elements’ color that contain text from black to blue?

This can be done two ways one is specifying all elements like headings and spans:

h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6, p, span, strong, em {
  color: blue;
}

There are lots of tags that contain text, so you would need to specify all (such as code, kbd, samp and var) but there are those types of tags which are made to be used in a tag like paragraph but can be used on its own (sub, sup, span and small).

Or you can target every element, since color will only change the font color, it won’t effect any other elements:

* {
  color: blue;
}

Or do you just want to change strong elements?

The selector is strong, the selectors for tags are the same as their name in their tags so <em> is em and <strong> is strong.
