I suppose it’s a frame rate issue, but there is a small visual glitch whenever I play the Pre-Sequel on Xbox One. Whenever I move the camera there is a small almost ribbon trying to catch up with the rest of the camera. I have reinstalled three times and nothing has helped. I saw a thread that mentioned this was happening on Borderlands 2, but it’s only happening on the Pre-Sequel for me. Any advice or feedback would be great.
What you’re experiencing is called screen tearing. It typically occurs when a game is running at a framerate higher than your tv or monitor’s refresh rate. It’s the reason there’s a VSync option on PC games.
Thankfully it’s a known issue and has nothing to do with your install or anything you’ve done; the team is working on a fix.
