Head of Measurement/Marketing Science

Lead our fast-growing Measurement and Insights teams in India
Position TikTok as an innovator within ads measurement by partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering (TBC) to build out more first-party measurement solutions that challenge the status quo of the advertising industry and position TikTok as a must-buy.
Work with our Marketing, Communications and Investor Relations teams to identify and answer key strategic questions for the business and craft worthy stories we can tell externally.
Externally represent TikTok as an ads measurement thought leader in client meetings, speaking engagements, and key industry events.
Internally serve as the subject matter expert on ads measurement in strategic discussions with our executive team.
Continue to grow the Measurement & Insights team by attracting and retaining strong talent.
8-10 years of research manager experience in the industry-recognised research house
Familiar with research offering services & tools in the local market
Experience in digital marketing and cross-category industries preferable
Preference for ability to run SQL queries and conduct Brand Lift Studies as well
